IGNITE Mentor Certification
Our signature six-week certification course equips you with the skills and confidence to help guide and mentor other women. The course blends online, self-study modules with instructional videos, providing a dynamic framework for mentorship for personal and professional growth.
Online learning is supported by weekly Zoom calls where you’ll engage with other amazing women to share your learning, answer questions and celebrate success.
Successful completion of Ignite Certification Course enables you to match with a mentee looking for your unique experience and expertise.
Mentorship Matching
After successfully completing IGNITE Certification, The Mentors Collective facilitates matching mentors with mentees looking for their unique blend of expertise and experience. We ensure a positive mentoring experience for all with regular check-ins, providing support, answering questions, etc. Mentees handle the matching fee and mentors arrange their own fee structure for the mentoring experience.

IGNITE Mentor Certification Program
Engage with Lead Mentors and other like-minded women for a six-week cohort experience as you learn the framework, tools and resources to build your skills and confidence to support another woman to achieve her goals! Successful completion enables you to be matched with a mentoring client looking for your advice and experience.
Custom Mentor Matching
Using our custom matching process, let us pair you with that ideal mentor who brings the right expertise and experience to support your personal and professional goals.
Mentors are available at multiple levels of expertise and experience with different pricing options. We offer discounts for students and workmen working for non-profit organizations; Group mentoring (up to five per group) is also an option for a cost-effective mentorship.
