The Mentors Collective uses a custom process to pair you with a mentor who offers a unique blend of expertise and experience to support achieving your goals. Certified IGNITE Mentors bring a high level of expertise and commitment to their mentorship using our framework, tools and resources. We check-in regularly to provide support, answer any questions and ensure a positive mentoring experience for all involved. Mentees handle the matching fee and select the level of mentor that want to work with.
