Meet Andria, Founder
After 20 years in corporate learning and development, I left driven by a vision for elevating and empowering women. I knew we could do more to ‘ignite the power of women’ by engaging in community and leveraging the power of mentorship.
My passion is to see women become all they are capable of being, rather than live in self-doubt. I live with a big vision and thrive on imparting that to other women and empowering their dreams. A friend once said, “I see in you what you don’t see in yourself.” That is the heart behind The Mentors Collective – for women to be seen and know they are worthy, courageous, amazing and capable of impacting our world for good!
Like many women, I juggle career, family, health and wellbeing, so I understand the possibilities and challenges we face. And I believe there’s never been a better time to a woman! A native of California, I lived on both coasts and several states in between. While in college, I left my heart in San Diego and am blessed to reside here where I enjoy time with my family, the beach, camping, bookstores and taco stands.

With over 30 years of experience across multiple industries, Brenda’s career has spanned job search coaching, human resources and mentorship. And mentorship is where Brenda’s heart truly lies.
A seasoned HR Executive and job search coach, Brenda uses her expertise to guide individuals through the intricacies of finding their perfect career match. With an approachable, empathetic style, she comes alongside women to help them clarify what may be holding them back, and empowering them to overcome these challenges.
Brenda’s extensive knowledge of company recruitment processes, combined with a personalized approach, has enabled many to secure positions aligning with their aspirations and talents. Her superpower lies in giving others the confidence to pursue and attain their dreams

Meet Natasia, Nonprofit Mentor
Natasia is an experienced attorney and founder of a consulting firm supporting leaders of nonprofit organizations in strategic planning, board development, and capacity building. Her goal is to empower nonprofit leaders to expand their impact while prioritizing organizational and personal sustainability.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and the daughter of immigrant parents, her core values of equity, inclusion, and community-centered advocacy have been the foundation of her career and the heart of her mentorship. She is dedicated to amplifying the voices of women in diverse communities and supporting leaders who are engaged in that critical work.

Meet Kenza, Career Launch Mentor
Kenza McKerrihan is a financial advisor who helps women take ownership of their finances and move forward with clarity and purpose. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and former Division I athlete and coach, she brings a balanced approach rooted in discipline, curiosity, and practical support.
Kenza’s mentoring style is thoughtful and direct—she asks meaningful questions that help people get clear on what matters and take action aligned with their goals. As a member of the Junior League of San Diego, she’s committed to creating space for women to grow, lead, and build lasting confidence in every area of life.
