Welcome!
I launched The Mentors Collective because it was something I needed but could not find.
Across nonprofit work, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, there were seasons when I needed the perspective of women who had already walked parts of the road—and a place to share what I was learning with others.
I believe women are stronger when we do not have to navigate life and work alone. The Collective is the room I wish I had: a place to be known, ask honest questions, hear from wiser women, share hard-earned wisdom, and move forward. If that inspires you, I would love to welcome you to be part of The Collective.

Your year-long membership includes access to the private online Collective community, 12 monthly virtual Collective conversations, three dedicated mentor sessions, ongoing conversations and resource-sharing, invitations to local dinners and quarterly gatherings, opportunities to learn from and contribute to women across different seasons, and a growing collection of member offers and business discounts.

Membership is $1,500 for one year. The annual price includes everything listed above, including three dedicated mentor sessions valued at $600. Dinners and other optional experiences may have separate costs, which will always be shared in advance.

Your membership includes three focused mentor sessions during the year. Each session is designed to help you work through a specific goal, question, transition, or challenge. Mentor selection will be based on the subject you want to explore and mentor availability.
These sessions are not a guaranteed year-long mentor match or ongoing one-to-one coaching. Any additional sessions are arranged separately.

Members receive invitations to local dinners and gatherings, but food, venue, or event costs are not included in the annual membership unless a specific invitation says otherwise. Availability varies by location and schedule, and all details will be shared before you register.

IGNITE is a separate Mentors Collective training and certification pathway for women who want to deepen their ability to mentor, facilitate, and contribute as a Mentor or Faculty member.
IGNITE is not included in The Collective membership. Details about future cohorts and how to express interest will be shared separately.
