This six-week certification course will equip you with the skills and confidence to help guide and mentor other women. Our course blends online, self-study modules with instructional videos, walking you through a dynamic framework for mentorship for personal and professional growth. Online learning is supported by weekly Zoom calls where you’ll engage with other amazing women to share your learning, answer questions and celebrate success.

Each week covers a different aspect important to being a mentor. To help equip you, you’ll:

  • Watch a recorded video presentation

  • Complete an application exercise in your workbook

  • Practice doing that same exercise with someone you recruit as a practice mentee

  • Attend the weekly Cohort Zoom call to check in on progress, ask questions and address any concerns

Successful completion of IGNITE Mentor Certification Course enables you to match with a mentoring client looking for your unique experience and expertise.
