This cohort experience will increase your leadership and your impact! Our signature six-week certification course equips you with the skills and confidence to help guide and mentor other women. The course blends online, self-study modules with instructional videos and weekly group interaction providing a dynamic framework for mentorship for personal and professional growth.

Online learning is supported by weekly Zoom calls where you engage with other amazing women to share learning, ask questions and celebrate success. You’ll also learn by doing as you practice with a sample mentoring client.

Successful completion of the IGNITE Mentor Certification Course enables you to match with a mentoring client looking for your unique experience and expertise.
